Processing Time
Each of our pet portrait products is thoughtfully crafted to order. Due to the custom nature of our designs, additional time is required to carefully personalize and prepare your order after purchase.

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information whenever available. Some international shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees vary based on the selected carrier and the nature of the product. All applicable shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. During peak holiday periods, delivery times may extend up to 4 weeks.
UK, Australia, Canada & Europe
Orders shipping to the UK, Australia, Canada, and Europe are generally delivered within 2–4 weeks. Please allow up to 5 weeks during peak holiday seasons.
Singapore, Hong Kong & Kuala Lumpur
Orders shipping to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks. Please allow up to 5 weeks during peak holiday seasons.
Address Changes & Shipping Address Responsibility
1. To ensure timely processing, any updates or changes to your shipping address must be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.
2. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
3. Please ensure a valid, unrestricted shipping address is provided at checkout, military addresses cannot be accepted. Should an address be inaccessible to our couriers and additional shipping fees be incurred, we’ll reach out to arrange payment for the extra charges. Your order will be dispatched promptly once payment has been received.
Photo Submissions
To maintain the integrity of our creative process, we’re unable to accommodate requests to edit or replace photos once an order has been placed.
❗ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
After an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. CanvLux is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Delays due to weather, holidays, or customs

Packages marked as delivered but not received

International duties or customs fees
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest:

Checking with neighbors or household members

Contacting your local post office or delivery carrier

Waiting 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
We’re always happy to help guide you through the process, but replacements for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
