Photo Guidelines (Important)

To create the best watercolor portrait possible, please upload:

• Clear, high-resolution photos
• Good lighting (natural light works best)
• Your dog’s face and ears fully visible
• Close-up photos work best
• Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images

Please note:

• One dog per photo
• Two photos total (one for each side of the bag)
• Leashes and harnesses may be removed during artwork creation
• Photos cannot be changed after ordering

If your image isn’t suitable for the best result, we’ll contact you to request a better photo.

Returns & Replacements

Because every tote bag is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for personalized orders.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing issue, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll gladly send a replacement.
