Step 1 — Choose your tote handle color and size

Select handle colors from white, beige, navy or red, available in three sizes. Bag itself is white in colour.

Step 2 — Upload your dog’s photo

Upload your favorite photo and enter your dog’s name.

If the photo quality isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you for a better image.

Step 3 — We create your custom artwork

Your photo is first Artified using advanced Ai into a clean, line art portrait. After that, we take over by hand and in our computers we work on the illustration to carefully refine it to capture your dog's distinctive features and in that process we create a modern, timeless keepsake.

Step 4 — Printing & shipping

Your artified portrait is carefully printed on your tote bag and shipped to your door.

Choosing the Best Photo (Important)

For the best possible portrait, please upload a photo that meets these guidelines:

✔ Clear, high-resolution image
✔ Good natural lighting
✔ Dog’s face and ears fully visible (Important to send us an image where your dog's expression is the one you want on your tote bag)
✔ Photo taken at eye level or slightly above
✔ No filters or heavy editing

The better the photo, the better the final artwork will look.

If your image isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you to request another photo.

Important Order Notes

• Leashes and harnesses may be digitally removed
• Collars may remain on the portrait
• Photos cannot be changed after the order is placed

Each tote is made to order with care and attention.

Returns & Replacements

Because each tote is custom-made specifically for you, and we begin work soon after your order is placed, we do not accept returns, cancellations or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 14 days and include photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll happily replace your item free of charge.
