1. Artwork is typically completed within 72 hours and then sent to production.
2. Your finished canvas usually arrives 2–3 weeks after purchase.
3. Because each canvas is custom-made, production times may vary slightly, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Photo Guidelines (Important)
To achieve the best possible result, please review the following before submitting your photo:

Clear, high-resolution images (not blurry or pixelated)

Good natural lighting (avoid heavy shadows or very dark photos)

Your dog's face should be fully visible (ears and face not cropped). Ideally with the expression that you would like on the canvas as we will work from the photo that you send us.

No filters or heavy editing
Rest assured, if your photo is not suitable for creating the highest-quality portrait, We will contact you to request an alternative.
Please note:

All leashes and harnesses on the dog in the picture will be digitally removed. Collars will be left on.

To preserve the integrity of our creative process, submitted images cannot be changed once your order is placed.

Because each canvas is custom-made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders.
That said, your happiness is very important to us. If your canvas arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly replace your artwork free of charge, no hassle.
We take great care in both artwork creation and printing, and we’re always here to help if something doesn’t arrive as it should.

How long does it take to receive my canvas?
Artwork is typically completed within 72 hours, after which it is sent to printing. Once production is complete, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase (Longer during festive seasons).
Can I cancel or return my order?
Since each portrait is custom-made, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds. However, if your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it free of charge.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon within 14 days with photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you.
