1. Select your canvas size.
2. Upload your dog’s photo using the image uploader. (We will be in touch with you If there are issues with your image that makes it difficult to work with)
3. Checkout, we’ll then take care of the rest, and we’ll be in touch once your portrait ships!
4. Your artwork is created and printed on high-quality canvas and shipped straight to your door.

Each piece is made to order.

🎨 Artwork & Delivery Timeline:

• Artwork creation: Usually completed within 72 hours of receiving your photo

• Once finalized, your portrait is sent to production.

• Delivery timeframe: Canvas prints typically arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Because each canvas is custom-made, production times may vary slightly, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

📸 Photo Guidelines (Important)

To achieve the best possible result, please review the following before submitting your photo:

• Clear, high-resolution images (not blurry or pixelated)

• Good natural lighting (avoid heavy shadows or very dark photos)

• For this image it is also important to send us an image of your dog's face showing the expression that you would like on your canvas print. We will create from the image you send us.

• Taken at eye level or slightly above

• No filters or heavy editing

Please note:

• One dog per canvas

• All leashes and harnesses on the dog in the picture will be digitally removed. Collars will be left on. 

• To preserve the integrity of our creative process, submitted images cannot be changed once your order is placed.

Rest assured, if your photo is not suitable for creating the highest-quality portrait, We will contact you to request an alternative.

🤍 Returns & Replacements

Because each canvas is custom-made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders.

That said, your happiness is very important to us. If your canvas arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly replace your artwork free of charge, no hassle.

We take great care in both artwork creation and printing, and we’re always here to help if something doesn’t arrive as it should.

Do you provide a preview before printing?

To ensure a smooth and timely production process, we do not provide artwork previews or proofs. Our artists follow a consistent style to ensure beautiful, high-quality results. If your photo isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

What kind of photo should I upload?

We recommend a clear, high-resolution photo taken in good natural light. Your dog’s face and ears should be fully visible, and the image should not be blurry or heavily edited. 

How long does it take to receive my canvas?

Artwork is typically completed within 72 hours, after which it is sent to printing. Once production is complete, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase (Longer during festive seasons).

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since each portrait is custom-made, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds. However, if your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it free of charge.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage. Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you.
