(If there are any issues with your image that may affect the final result, we’ll personally reach out to help.)

Add your custom text (up to three lines, 10 letters per line), complete checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Your dog’s portrait is carefully transformed into a soft watercolor-style artwork and printed on your selected mug, then shipped straight to your door.

Each mug is made to order, created just for you.

🎨 Artwork & Delivery Timeline

Artwork creation: Usually completed within 72 hours of receiving your photo.

Once finalized, your portrait is sent to production.

Delivery timeframe: Custom mugs typically arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Because every mug is made especially for you, production times may vary slightly — but we always work as quickly as possible while ensuring your artwork receives the care it deserves.

📸 Photo Guidelines (Important)

To create the most beautiful portrait possible, please review before submitting your photo:

• Clear, high-resolution images (not blurry or pixelated)

• Good natural lighting (avoid heavy shadows or very dark photos)

• A photo that clearly shows your dog’s face and the expression you’d love to see on your mug

• Taken at eye level or slightly above

• No filters or heavy editing

Please note:

• One dog per mug

• Leashes and harnesses will be digitally removed. Collars will remain.

To preserve the integrity of our creative process, images cannot be changed once your order is placed.

If your photo isn’t suitable for creating the highest-quality portrait, we will contact you to request an alternative — we want this to be perfect for you.

Because each mug is custom-made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalized orders.

However, your happiness truly matters to us.
If your mug arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly replace your mug free of charge — no stress, no hassle.

We take great care in every step of creation and printing, and we’re always here if something isn’t as it should be.

A clear, high-resolution photo in natural light works best. Your dog’s face and ears should be fully visible, and the image should not be blurry or heavily edited.

How long does it take to receive my mug?
Artwork is typically completed within 72 hours, then sent to production. Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase (longer during festive seasons).

Can I cancel or return my order?
Since each mug is custom-made, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns. If your mug arrives damaged or defective, we’ll happily replace it free of charge.
