  Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • UK, Canada, Australia & Europe: 2–4 weeks

  • Singapore, Hong Kong & Kuala Lumpur: 2–4 weeks

  Delivery times may extend slightly during peak seasonal periods.

  Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided where available, allowing you to follow your piece as it makes its way to you.

  Returns & Replacements

  As each case is custom-created using your selected photograph, we are unable to accept returns or requests for refunds.

  However, quality and satisfaction are deeply important to us.

  If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Upon confirmation, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

  Photograph Guidelines

  The final artwork is only as strong as the image provided.

  For optimal results, we recommend:

  • A high-resolution, sharply focused photograph

  • Natural, even lighting

  • Your dog’s face clearly visible and unobstructed

  • Minimal filters or edits applied

  • We will customise the image from the photo that you provide us.

   

  Please note:

  • One dog per case 

  • All leashes and harnesses on the dog in the picture will be digitally removed. Collars will be left on. 

  • To preserve the integrity of our creative process, submitted images cannot be changed once your order is placed.

  • To ensure a smooth and timely production process, we do not provide artwork previews or proofs.

    Rest assured, if your photo is not suitable for creating the highest-quality portrait, We will contact you to request an alternative.
